廖建友,博士,研究员,博士生导师,智慧医学中心主任,医学研究教职工党支部书记,深汕院区精准医学中心主任。入选人才计划:广东省杰出青年科学基金、广东省“特支计划”科技创新青年拔尖人才、广州市“珠江科技新星”人才培养计划、中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院医学科学家-学术骨干、中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院“逸仙优秀青年医学人才”培养计划。主要从事AI驱动的精准医学和RNA调控乳腺癌发生发展机制研究。到目前为止以第一或者通讯作者的身份发表SCI收录论文17篇,包括Cell(IF:45.5)、Nature Communications(14.7,2篇)、PNAS(IF:10.0)、Nucleic Acids Research(IF:16.6,3篇)、Genome Biology(IF:10.1,封面文章)等高水平专业杂志,以共同作者身份在国际顶级杂志Nature(IF:64.8)、Cell(IF:45.5)、Nature Biotechnology(IF:64.5)等发表16篇研究论文。本人研究受到了15项省部级以上精准医学相关基金资助,包括5项国家自然科学基金。目前主要研究方向有:(1)AI驱动的精准医学;(2)RNA医学;(3)生物信息学。联系方式:liaojy3@mail.sysu.edu.cn,发表论文:Z.
