学科专业:基础医学(分子医学),研究方向:肿瘤微环境与肿瘤耐药,电子邮箱:sulp@mail.sysu.edu.cn,个人简介,苏良平,中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院医学研究中心副研究员、硕士研究生导师。主要研究方向:围绕肿瘤代谢重编程和表观遗传修饰,探讨肿瘤微环境调控肿瘤耐药、抑制细胞焦亡的分子机制。利用组织芯片、类器官模型及小鼠模型,鉴定调控肿瘤微环境抑制细胞焦亡影响肿瘤耐药的关键分子,为防治肿瘤耐药开辟新的思路。近五年,以(共同)第一作者在Science Translational Medicine、Cell Report、Redox Biology、Cancer Letters、Pharmacological Research、npj Precision Oncology等国际主流学术期刊发表SCI论文7篇,申请发明专利2项。目前主持国家自然科学基金、中国博士后站中特别资助、中国博士后面上项目等科研项目。论文成果代表:[1] Liangping Su,et al.,Targeting Src reactivates pyroptosis to reverse chemoresistance in lung and pancreatic cancer models.
